Outfoxers are the artists and photographers who design the Outfoxers Apparal and Stuff. You can buy our products on this website. We only design and do not produce these products ourselves. We choose Printful for production and fulfillment, since they are the very best printers in the world with several big facilities in USA, Mexico and EU. Printful is trusted to deliver more than 11 Million items since 2013! Ranging from T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Leggings, Tank tops, Towels, Mugs, Posters, Bean Bags, Bags, Phone Cases, etc. etc.
When will I receive my order
We take 2-7 business days to process and print your order + selected shipping method on top of that.
I have a problem with the received goods – what do I do?
If received product is damaged – send a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 2 weeks after receiving the order. Send it to the production facility at Printful: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that there’s no need to return damaged products – simply send a few photos.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. We do not keep stock; all products are printed on your order especially for you. So make sure you order the right product. Please check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order the correct size. Use an existing T-shirt that you have and that fits you well. Measure it so you know exactly what to order.

Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?
All orders are final – we cannot cancel orders once they have started production. Please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP to see if production has started. If you succesfully cancelled your Outfoxers order at the Printful Production Facility please let Outfoxers know. To get your money back after succesful cancelation, you email to email@example.com.
What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally – this will minimize the risk of order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
It’s past estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet.
Please check in with your local post office – in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address – we’ll help.
Make sure you report the problem within 4 weeks after estimated delivery time – If reported outside ot the the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.

Order is marked as delivered – but not there.
In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient have yet to receive it – we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient’s address.
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water based and eco-friendly.
If you receive a product with a stain – please wash it before reporting a problem.
